It is quite easy to get to the hotel. It’s my first trip to Guangzhou, and I have no difficulty getting to it from the airport by metro. Great place to stay. The staff were great, helpful and courteous. The breakfast is great, it has good selection of local and international choices. The coffee is quite good. The room is spacious and clean. The location is surrounded with many eatery restaurants and convenience shops.

Very helpful hotel staff despite communication difficulties. Despite this, one person who spoke English rose to the occasion. Very quick responses to questions to the hotel. Getting help with every query. Fantastic location for those visiting the Canton Fair. Great metro connection from the airport and the hotel rents several buses free of charge for fair participants. There are many restaurants around the hotel and everything is within reach. Thank you for your warm welcome during my 1st visit to China

The location is perfect, as it’s very close to the metro station and surrounded by shopping malls. The staff were nice, and even though we faced a significant language barrier, they made every effort to understand our questions and provide detailed answers. I would especially like to highlight a moment when we couldn’t order a taxi, as we were unable to register for the app required to do so. After explaining the situation to a staff member, she kindly ordered a taxi for us using her personal account. We’d like to express our appreciation to her once again! The food was just as expected — fresh and tasty. The cleaning service was also top-notch; our room was cleaned spotlessly every day.

Hotel has a simply a design with a great view of the city. The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful in helping me set up my account for navigating Guangzhou. Meals in the hotel were affordable as well. There were also plenty food options along the same street and a mall is just nearby for your daily needs.

the room was nice, they cleaned very often and always brought me water, they delivered packages to my room as well which was very sweet. The shower was amazing and the bed was 10 out of 10, loved that bed, very comfy mattress

The buffet breakfast was well worth it. It had a very good variety to choose from. The location is excellent. Only about 6minutes walk from the nearest subway station and there are numerous food places to dine out next doors and across the street. The shuttle bus to the Canton Fair was very convenient in the morning

Located 10 minutes walk from train station. Shuttle bus to and from Canton fair is convenient for anyone going to the fair. Staff were always friendly and helpful, going above and beyond with everything they do.
